WHY MANY DATA CENTERS ARE A FAILURE FROM THE START AND WILL NEVER DELIVER THE GOODS
By: MILTON FREIDMAN
First some background as far as we can tell.
Big tech goes to the Midwest >
Does a bunch of research with drones and other methods>
Big Tech Picks Several Places in Northwest Ohio for possible Data Centers >
Big Tech Tells County Commissioners >
Commissioners Create the Lucas County of Economic Developement in Oct 2024 and Higher Matt Heyrman as head.
>Commisioners hold event at Eber Business Park and say they want to look to develope outside of Toledo.
>Heyrman goes to meet with trustees and council members to promise them millions and a fire truck each and tells them its time to update zoning resolutions.
Trustees and council members hire Jacob Barnes to redo zoning.
Barnes adds in language that talks about "advanced manufacturing" and other language that is discriptive technically but misleading so no one understands what that means.
Water Concerns
The rest of the video has to do with how much water Data Centers use and where it comes from and how it will effect the Erie watershed. The key takeaway is that Toledo would have to run water lines to Data Centers. This will expand Toledos water supply reach. He does not talk about whether the Data Centers water line will be the same line residents would use. We have reason to believe that it would need to be a different line but that is speculative and he never addresses that. He never says who will pay for the millions of gallons of water per day that the Data Centers will use. Regardless the scale of these projects becomes clear.
The size of these Data Centers and the scale of the construction work is astronomical and would effect every utility and the way of life for anyone near one of these facilities and the info given to the public was almost nothing even long after land was selected and zoning was passed or in process. Here is our article about their size https://www.lucascountybee.com/how-big-is-a-data-center.php

At the Bunker Bar Town Hall last Thursday the panel read a statement that said the following and it seems to be justified. Perhaps Data Centers can be in Lucas County but it needs to be put on hold until everyone knows the ramifications. Matt Heyrman was at the Bunker as well.
"There needs to be ultra clear communication about Data Centers by Lucas County and local officials to the residents. There has not been. There is an immoral attempt to force Data Centers into this area. Clearly an unethical use of wealth for the profit of very few at the expense of everyone in the communities without their clear knowledge or consent.
A bureaucracy can become so entrenched that it dissolves all accountability by pointing a finger at another person or department in the same bureaucracy which then does the same until a matter disappears and can never be dealt with because the source of a decision is hidden within a web of misdirection. This steals representative government from the sovereign citizens of the United States and effectively turns state, county and local offices into a bureaucratic tyranny. This is coercion by misdirection. Data Centers will hurt a lot of people. It is imperative to consider these things before anything is contracted, signed, zoned or land use plans approved.
In light of this it would be reasonable to any person that DOES want to govern righteously and without corruption that A COMPLETE BAN AND MORATORIUM be placed on all Data Centers and Advanced Manufacturing or land sales with intent to build data centers and or advanced manufacturing of any kind in each township or municipality in NWO as well as a full, total and complete reversal of all zoning that allows for advanced manufacturing including Data Centers and Solar fields as well as power stations or utility work or digging of any kind related to advanced manufacturing including data centers or solar fields or water transfer systems or electrical power transfer infrastructure related to the same UNTIL THERE IS ADEQUATE TRANSPARENCY AND EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC TO BE ABLE TO EITHER APPROVE OR REJECT THESE PROJECTS."
